1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Brimio ("Service"), operated by BrandBakery ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Brimio is an AI-powered image generation platform. You provide text prompts and the Service generates images using artificial intelligence models. The Service may include free and paid tiers.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

5. Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms, you retain ownership of images you generate through the Service. We retain all rights to the Service itself, including its design, code, and AI models. You grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your public images on the platform.

6. Payments & Credits

Brimio uses a prepaid credit system. You purchase credit packs in advance and spend them when generating images. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. All purchases are final — credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Prices are displayed at purchase time. We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases. Credit packs do not expire.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. By making a purchase, you agree to Dodo Payments' terms of service.

7. Content Moderation

We may review, remove, or restrict access to generated content that violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to monitor all content.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your generated content may be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
