Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address or phone number, name, and optional profile details (age, profession, country, postal code).

Generated Content

We store the text prompts you submit and the images generated by the Service. Public images are visible to other users on the Discover page.

Usage Data

We collect standard web analytics: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and interaction patterns. This helps us improve the Service.

2. Payment Information

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, a third-party payment processor. When you purchase credits, your payment details are sent directly to Dodo Payments. We do not store your full payment card details. We may receive and store transaction metadata such as amount, currency, and transaction IDs for billing records.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process credit purchases and maintain billing records
• Send transactional emails (OTP, account updates)
• Enforce our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy
• Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Service providers — hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), storage (Cloudflare R2), payments (Dodo Payments), SMS (Message Central), email (Resend).
• AI providers — prompts are sent to AI model providers to generate images. We do not share your identity with AI providers.
• Legal requirements — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Generated images are retained until you delete them or your account. We may retain anonymized analytics data indefinitely.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, encrypted at rest), access controls, and regular security practices. No system is 100% secure — use the Service at your own risk.

7. Your Rights

You may:

• Access, update, or delete your account data via Settings
• Delete individual images from your gallery
• Request a full data export by contacting us
• Delete your account entirely

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
